Lost and Found Property

The Breckenridge Police Department is committed to making sure property gets returned to its owner. If you think you lost property in the Town of Breckenridge, please go to the Town of Breckenridge Chargerback page to make a lost property report.

For property lost at the Breckenridge Ski Resort or any Vail Resort properties, please go to Breckenridge Ski Resort Chargerback page to make a lost property report.

All property that remains unclaimed or abandoned will be appropriately disposed of after 90 days if not claimed by the owner. Property which is turned into the Breckenridge Police Department will be disposed of in accordance with the Breckenridge Town Code (Title 1, Chapter 17) and Colorado law.
